In every city in the Netherlands there is a well baby clinic (consultatiebureau), a special child health centre. It offers basic care and prevention for all children between 0 - 4 years. This service is completely free. Medical staff will regularly check the child's development and make sure that the child receives the obligatory vaccinations.
